Phomemo PM241-BT Bluetooth-Versandetikettendrucker

The set up was super easy. I use canvas to set my designs and print. This was a great buy and saves me on ordering labels. No ink is life saver for black print items..love it. Watching videos for how to use it for different sized labels like oval and star.

Its an amazing printer and does an amazing printing job. Its not noisy , easy to set up and works well. Prints fast.

A very good printer!!! I recommend it!!

This was so easy to set up and start using. So happy with it! App that you use to design templates is not too hard to figure out either.

I am loving this little printer for my business packaging stickers. I don't like that it only prints in black ink but it works great on different colored labels. It was very easy to set up and is very simple to use, very user friendly. It's small enough to not take up a lot of my work space. The labels feed very smoothly. It's perfect for what I needed it for.

If only I discovered this before taking items to the post office! I’ve used it with eBay & even sending my son things at college. So easy!

The printer works so well. The customer service is so good. I am 100% satisfied with this product. I can print all the labels I want.

I received my printer today and, by perfect timing, had an order come through from my store—so I got to create my very first label right away!
PROS:
• Once I figured out how to scale the label properly for the 4x6 format, printing was a breeze.
• The printer is impressively fast—definitely a feature I love.
• The ink quality is sharp, clear, and easy to read.
• It’s compact and fits beautifully on my desk, freeing up space and eliminating the need for my large, bulky printer that always needed pricey ink refills.
• Setup took just about five minutes. Super simple!
• There are multiple connection options, including Bluetooth and an app. After checking out reviews for the app, I opted to connect via the included cords.
• Thankfully, my newer Lenovo Yoga recognized it instantly, making setup even smoother.
• It’s lightweight and portable, which will be so convenient when I need to move it around.
CONS:
1. I went through the entire roll of label paper that came with the printer while trying to figure out how to properly format the label.
2. The mobile app doesn’t seem to have favorable reviews.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:
I selected this product after reading many reviews on similar items. I appreciate its size, the app to design labels in, and ease of use. The app is only friendly on phones though, on my IPad it would not work right for editing labels. I rate this five stars for ease of use, consistency, and compact size. But do read about the app option to be sure that you like it.

This Phomemo Bluetooth shipping labeler is great for what I need. I was able to follow the directions and was printing that day. I’ve not had it scrunch up labels or shipping labels and it’s quick! I would highly recommend this product.

Works great! I shopped for these for a long time. I am so happy I got this! Saves me so much time and money!

Great customer service! Easy set up!

Worked like magic ! Have been printing my every day small shop labels for about a year now and have not had any issues ! I did contact support for instructions but they were so helpful ! I have not had any paper jams! It’s super smooth the super compact design makes this easy to store without taking to much space in small desk and it’s super easy to connect in the app !

first time i’ve ever been excited to use an item that didn’t disappoint. instructions were really easy for setup! wish it did come with more printer paper since it’s only 20 sheets. however it’s cute and instantaneous when printing labels

I love this thing. Literally is the neatest item I have purchased for myself. I have been able to print shipping labels and care instructions so easily. I used to print on my printer and then tape shipping labels on, but not anymore. I’m going to save a lot on tape now.Setup was very easy, designing my files is incredibly easy too.I highly recommend this for anyone with a need for a thermal printer. It’s small enough to not need a ton of space, does everything I need and has an endless amount of options to create labels, the printing is clear and readable. My next creation will be Thank you stickers.Highly recommend!!

This thing is super fast. I've been wanting a label printer for my Linux computer for some time and all the ones I've found in the past don't work well. Unfortunately, the Linux drivers from Phomemo (for QY printers) doesn't seem to have software for this pinter in it. Oops.If you search for "Driver Files for 241-USB" you will find better software. Note, you can also use Mac, Windows, Phone, or even Chrome to drive the printer, too.A few plusses and minuses:+ Comes with a USB C adapter (for Mac; should work with anything)+ Easy to change paper+ Self test/self label feeding- Fanfold paper just sits behind printer getting dusty- Only comes with 20 labels- BlueTooth may not work with Linux (shows as a QT-380 printer; but look on GitHub...)~ There is an official Reddit group for this printerOverall, really nice and fast label printer if you need 4x6 labels. Just be prepared to work on the install a bit if you use Linux.

Works great for my label printing needs
